BNP Secretary General said Price hike of electricity is a dirty tricks with people and govt. has taken an irrational decision although people of this country are not elected by people's vote.
He said that the people are paying the price of the unlimited corruption and irregularities of the government in the power sector. The government's anti-people decision to increase the price of electricity should be canceled immediately.
The increase in electricity prices will increase the cost of living and the cost of everything, including the increase in production costs in agriculture, irrigation, and mills.
